Bartolotta at the Wynn Hotel

My Opinions: Service is very good – Food quality and Cleanliness is top-notch – Indoor Decor is nothing special, but the outside pool-side seating is beautiful – Great wine selection – Having the whole fish prepared table side was a great treat and highly entertaining

My Opinions: Service was very good as was the "perestroika-inspired" cuisine - The decor was severe and impressive. Everything was ornate and super-sized - Cavi-hour at the icebar is wonderful excuse to get the night started in the afternoon - Dinner was full of rich flavors and great wines - I would love to go into the Vodka Vault next time I visit ... if the Vodka's not enough, they offer you fur clothing to keep you warm!
