Puff the Magic Bar Review

Puff the Magic
My Opinions: I adore this establishment and its owners ... they always make you feel welcomed and are great fun to lounge with - Humidor has a great selection of cigars, loose tobacco and cigarettes - the Full bar is great - The atmosphere is friendly with piano music, comfy seating, and games to play while you can unhurriedly enjoy your drink/smoke - there's even a front porch you can sit on in the nice weather - When you visit, don't forget to look up and appreciate the unique ceiling that makes you wish you could lie down on it!

Embargo Bar & Restaurant Review

Embargo
My Opinions: Service is good and the food is even better – There are a lot of booths to dine at and a large bar to drink and socialize at - Dance nights always get a crowd that ranges in ages 21+ – Cleanliness is spotty, but this isn't a fine dining establishment, so either just stick to drinks or try not to look to closely
Some Food/Drink Tasted: Fried Zucchini – Steak & cheese Spring Roll – Marinated Artichokes – Kobe Beef Sliders – Warm Chorizo – Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella with Baby Greens

The Paddock Restaurant Review

The Paddock
My Opinions:  A Cape Cod staple! I remember dining here since I was a little girl - It has a warm local feel, and the Piano Bar room is always great fun! - It draws an older crowd, with a mix consisting of friends, family groups and some out-of-towners - The food is great ... fresh, flavorful and generous portions - A "must eat" when visiting Hyannis for the first time.

Some Food/Drink Tasted: Chowder – Artichoke Hearts – Gorgonzola Salad – Halibut – Grilled Filet Mignon – Ultimate Chocolate Cake – Paddock Sundaes

Florentine Cafe Restaurant Review

Florentine Cafe
My Opinions: I've been enjoying this restaurant before they started accepting credit cards - I love it's traditional North End feel, and in the summer they open up their windows to enjoy the energy of the street - Food is delicious even if the service isn't spectacular – Bar Scene is decent, but can get a bit congested due to the lack of isle space
Some Food/Drink Tasted: Caprese – Prosciutto E Pear – Arugula – Sicilian Eggplant Parmesan – Pollo and Veal Parmigiana – Tagliatelle al la Bolognese

Petit Robert Bistro Restaurant Review

Petit Robert Bistro
My Opinions: The food is delicious for lunch and dinner. I really enjoy their homemade pates - the service is good - the restaurant is small with a classy "bistro" feel - the outside dining in the warm season is a nice option - very good wine list - I have yet to sit at the Pastry Bar, but I do know that their deserts are good (yummy macaroons)!

Some Food/Drink Tasted: Croque Monsieur – Brie Sandwich – Coffee and Potato Soup – Trio of Homemade Pates – Foie Gras – Romaine Heart Salad – Chicken Coq au Vin – Venison – Skirt Steak

The Palm Restaurant Review

The Palm at the Westin Copley
My Opinions: It's been some time since I've dined at The Palm Restaurant ... I don't think of going here enough, even thought it's a great steakhouse - Service is always good - Food Quality is fantastic and consistent - the Interior Decor is warm and cozy ... not your typical massive steakhouse restaurant layout - I haven't noticed a vibrant bar scene, but I do know they have a nice wine selection - I have dined in their private function room as well, and it was fantastic, so this place knows how to attend to larger parties too!

Some Food/Drink Tasted:  Lobster Bisque – Palm Surf n’ Turf – Veal Scallopine – Capri Salad – Filet Mignon – Potatoes Au Gratin
